The transfer script currently converts music from its original non-mp3 format to mp3 for compatibility. When copying to multiple output destinations, this happens on the fly every time. Ideally, the converted files should be cached so subsequent transfers can copy the cached file instead of repeating the timely and process-intensive conversion process.
